The best way to reach us is is to send your enquiry via our page and we will call you back within 24 hours! If you wish to speak to someone right away, then you can use our page to request a phone call. To do that, you should click on the Call button on the left side of our page.
If you are unable to speak on the phone, we can always exchange e-mails. Send us all the details that you are interested in. To receive a detailed quotation, please send us your dental panoramic radiograph (OPG x-ray) and a picture of your smile.
2. Treatment plan
We will do our best to send you, within 72 hours, a detailed treatment plan prepared by one of our dentists. It will be a recommended treatment plan, with costs and alternative options. If there is a lot of work to do, then the dentist will provide you with recommended stages of your treatment with corresponding healing time between them.
3. Communicate
After receiving the treatment plan, our patient adviser will keep in contact with you and answer all your questions. If the plan is somehow not suitable for you, then we will do our best to alter it for you. It is important for you to know everything about your treatment and travel so do not hesitate to ask questions!
4. Final Treatment plan
After all, alterations are done and the treatment plan is in its best form, it is time to schedule your visit. However, once you are in the dental office at your initial consultation, the dentist might alter the plan again upon seeing you in person. Any possible changes will be discussed with you, so do not worry about it.
5. Booking
Once you have made your decision to come to Poland and you have your initial appointment scheduled, it is time to book your flights and hotel. We can offer you an all-inclusive package that includes hotel stay and taxi fares! Ask our patient adviser about it and they will tell you all the details.
6. Confirmation
One week before your travel to Poland we will ask you to confirm all your travel details once more. On our end we will send you a confirmation from the hotel and your schedule in the dentist office. Please remember to let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes in your travel plan.
7. Airport Transfer
If you chose an all-inclusive option all taxi fares are on us! We will call the taxi for you everytime you need one to go to the airport or to the dental office, just let out customer care know about it. We try to book English speaking drives, so you can communicate with them.
8. Customer Care
At the time of your stay in Poland, our Customer Care team will be taking care of you. They are in charge of your taxi fares and scheduled dental appointments. If you will have any problems with accommodation, transportation or treatment, they will try to help you tackle these problems. Do not hesitate to contact them if any questions come to your mind during your visit to Poland.
9. After visit support
After your treatment, we will be still available to you in case of any questions or further treatments. If your local dentist would like to know more about what was done, we will send your dental records. In case of any problems, we can also offer information about the guarantee on your treatment.
